PayHOA.com is used to record lot ownership and to host other Association material that is not able to be posted to the public website (e.g. financials). The Association also uses PayHOA.com to send broadcast emails and text messages as well as to host this website. In addition, Association Members may view relevant permits or forms (e.g. Dock/Building Permit or Violation/Complaint forms). These can all be submitted to the Board directly via PayHOA.com.
