Welcome to the Long-Term Planning Committee webpage. The Long-Term Planning Committee (committee) shall assist the Lake Dabinawa Association Board of Directors (board) in fulfilling its responsibilities related to proactive, long-term planning for community improvements, infrastructure needs, and budgeting. This will include projecting or estimating the amount of funding needed to cover recommended operating and capital expenditures to maintain community assets over an extended period of time as outlined in the capital reserve study. p>
