Welcome to the Building, Equipment & Grounds Committee webpage. The Building Equipment and Grounds (committee) shall assist the Lake Dabinawa Association Board of Directors (board) in fulfilling its responsibilities related to the appearance, structural integrity, and function of association buildings, equipment, and grounds. This committee oversees the care and management of communal amenities, such as playgrounds and common areas and performs regular inspection and makes recommendations for maintenance and improvement.
