Note in addition to the annual dues:
1. $4,500 fee for new members to Lake Dabinawa. Bylaws and Covenants VII Section 11.
2. Verify HOA Dues Status
3. Homeowners are responsible to return their key to Boat Ramps or pay $50.00 the cost to replacement the key.
