Once a home is under contract, please fill out the attached document below and email it back to the Home Association Solutions or [email protected] This will assist us so that we can respond quickly to your request.
Note in addition to the annual dues:
1. $4,500 fee for new members to Lake Dabinawa. Bylaws and Covenants VII Section 11.
2. Verify HOA Dues Status Per Lot. Some homeowners will own more than 1 lot. Lake Annual Cost is $900 per lot.
3. Homeowners are responsible to return their key to Burnpile/Boat Ramps or pay $50.00 the cost to replacement the key.
